[{"title":"What is Bling Babes VIP Rewards?","content":"

Bling Babes VIP Rewards lets eligible retail members earn Bling Points and exchange them for money-off rewards. Eligible website and Shopify POS purchases count; Etsy purchases do not. Points never expire. Points reward coupons expire one year after issuance.

"},{"title":"Who can join, and what do new members receive?","content":"

Eligible retail customers can join. Wholesale, fundraising, and coupon-tagged customer accounts are excluded. New eligible members receive 200 Bling Points and a 20% welcome coupon, once per customer. The welcome coupon has no minimum and expires one year after signup. Existing members do not receive another signup bonus.

"},{"title":"How do I earn purchase points?","content":"

Bling Babe: 1 point per $1; Bling Boss: 1.5; Diamond Elite Diva: 2. Points are based on eligible merchandise spending after discounts and are added after the whole order is fulfilled. Tax, shipping and gift-card purchases do not qualify. Eligible goods paid for with a gift card qualify. Refunded items lose earned points and VIP spending.

"},{"title":"How do I redeem points, and when does my coupon expire?","content":"

Choose Ways to redeem: 200 points = $5 off, 400 = $10, and 800 = $20. No minimum purchase. Redeeming deducts the points and starts your coupon's ONE-YEAR expiration clock. Use it by the displayed date. Unused value is forfeited. Rewards may apply to eligible storewide sale prices but cannot combine with other coupon codes.

"},{"title":"Which products and orders are excluded?","content":"

Gift-card purchases earn no points or VIP progress and cannot be discounted with rewards. Any order containing a product tagged wholesale is excluded entirely from points, VIP progress and reward discounts. Place retail items in a separate order for reward eligibility. Wholesale orders and excluded customer accounts do not qualify.

"},{"title":"Does my Etsy purchase count toward Bling Points?","content":"

Etsy purchases do not earn Bling Points or count toward VIP spending. Eligible website and Shopify POS purchases do. If you are new to Bling Babes VIP Rewards, you can join for the usual 20% welcome coupon and 200 signup points, once per eligible customer. Etsy purchases are not converted into points.

"},{"title":"How do VIP tiers work?","content":"

Bling Babe is free to join. Bling Boss unlocks at $500 lifetime eligible spending. Diamond Elite Diva unlocks at $1,000 lifetime eligible spending and requires $100 eligible spending in the preceding 12 months to remain active. Otherwise you move to Boss and regain Diva when that rolling $100 requirement is met. Signup, review and referral points do not qualify as spending.

"},{"title":"How do review rewards work?","content":"

Verified-purchase reviews earn after approval and publication, regardless of stars: 40 points for text, plus 40 for a photo and 40 for video. One rewarded review per customer per product listing; variants count together. Later media earns only missing bonuses. No duplicate rewards for old content. Deleted media loses its bonus; deleting the review reverses all its points. Wholesale products and excluded accounts do not qualify.

"},{"title":"What is my birthday reward?","content":"

Bling Babe: $10; Boss: $20; active Diva: $35, based on tier at issuance. One per year across tier changes; no upgrade top-up. Issued at birth-month start, expires month-end. No minimum, no coupon stacking; unused value is forfeited. Save your birthday 30 days before the month starts. Previously saved Stamped birthdays retain migration eligibility without duplicate rewards. Shipping eligibility uses the subtotal after discounts.

"},{"title":"How do referrals work?","content":"

Refer someone who has never ordered on our website. Earn 200 Bling Points after their first eligible website order is fully fulfilled, with no minimum and no cap on legitimate referrals. One bonus per new customer; no self-referrals. A full refund reverses the bonus. Your friend gets the usual new-member 20% welcome coupon and 200 signup points, not an extra referral bonus.

"},{"title":"What happens to my existing Stamped rewards?","content":"

We are working to preserve your available points at a 1:1 conversion, existing VIP status and unused rewards. Migration is awaiting source-data verification and reconciliation. Existing members will not receive another signup bonus. Please use your existing account; creating another account does not create additional new-member eligibility.
