Refunds and/or Exchanges
We custom make all of our order upon receipt. We don't carry pre-made items. With 9 different shirt styles, 8 sizes within each of those shirt styles and over 3,000 different designs that are customizable it would be impossible for us to accept returns or exchanges due to millions of different combinations of shirts. We are here to help guide our customers from the start with getting the right shirt style and size from the start though, so feel free to reach out so we can help. Â
Replacements
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by us, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. Please let us know within 5 days of receiving your item. Â
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment. Bling Babes Boutique is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses. Please reach out to the carrier you selected at checkout to see if they are able to locate your package. Â
