Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Detailed sizing charts for each of our shirts can be found under the Sizing Charts Tab on the main page of the website, or there is also a link to the sizing charts in the details section of each listing. To ensure that you will have a great fit we recommend measuring your favorite t-shirt to ensure the same sizing. Our customer satisfaction is extremely important and if you need help with figuring out your size, please contact us with your flat measurements for your favorite fitting shirt (directions can be found in the sizing charts) and we would be happy to help.
