Returns & Exchanges
Because most of our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• Clear photos showing the problem

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Custom color selections
• Items made to customer specifications
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Replacements
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by us, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
