We specialize in custom-made rhinestone and spangle apparel, which means most items are created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Processing Time

Processing Time

Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, processing times vary depending on the product, design complexity, order size, and seasonal demand.

Current estimated processing times are displayed on each product page and during checkout.

Most orders are processed within 1–7 business days before shipment. Large custom orders, team orders, fundraising orders, and holiday orders may require additional production time.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can discuss available production and shipping options.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected during checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
